There is a truth living inside you that hasn’t fully been spoken.
For many of us, the jaw and throat hold years of unexpressed words, swallowed emotions, held-back anger, unshed tears, and silenced truths. We learn to be agreeable, to stay quiet, to adapt — and over time, our natural expression becomes armoured.
This workshop is an invitation to gently and powerfully release that armour. Through guided dearmouring of the jaw and throat, breathwork, sound, movement, and nervous system regulation, you will be supported in reconnecting to your authentic voice — not just what you say, but how you feel, express, and take up space.
We will explore: Releasing tension and stored emotion in the jaw and throat. Accessing and expressing held-back feelings in a safe and grounded way. Reconnecting to your natural “yes” and “no” Finding your voice beyond people-pleasing and adaptation Building capacity to stay present while expressing truth.
This is not about forcing expression — it’s about creating safety in your body so that expression can arise organically. You are welcome exactly as you are in this sacred container for healing. Whether your voice feels loud, quiet, blocked, or uncertain — there is room for all of you here. Come as you are. Leave more fully expressed.
